At Survivor Made, all purchases are considered final. Because each item is carefully crafted and supports our mission to employ and empower survivors, we are unable to accept general returns or issue refunds due to buyer’s remorse or minor variations in appearance.

Please note that leather is a natural material, and each batch may vary slightly in shade, texture, and finish. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the uniqueness and character of each product.

That said, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your item arrives with damaged or missing hardware, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to address the issue and make it right.
