Survivor Made provides paid employment to women as they progress through the Refuge for Women program. This opportunity allows them to earn an income in a safe, supportive environment as they focus on healing. Through structured workdays and meaningful tasks, they experience the dignity of a steady job—often for the first time in a long time.

By engaging in creative, hands-on work, women in Survivor Made begin to rebuild their sense of self-worth.
