TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDER REQUIREMENTS: Minimum opening order $250; Minimum reorder $100. Upfront payment in full is required when placing your first order. Refuge for Women reserves the right to increase quantities to meet minimums. Browse our Wholesale Product List for selections of available products.
PAYMENT TERMS: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, PREPAY/NET 30 (NET 30 requires Refuge for Women approval, on a case-by-case basis). Upfront payment in full is required when placing your first order. 15% restocking fee. Product is sold to our wholesale accounts for resale at retail only and may not be redistributed at wholesale cost to other customers.
TERMS: Survivor Made products can be sold for retail purposes only and cannot be redistributed at a wholesale price. Retailers agree to adhere to minimum MSRP, and not more than 10% above MSRP, not including shipping. Retailer’s shipping address is the only authorized site for retail sale. Online retailing must be pre-approved by Refuge for Women. Retailers may not sell products online without express written approval from Refuge for Women. Selling to third party websites such as Ebay or Amazon is prohibited and failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the immediate cancellation of the account.
TERMINATION: Wholesale Partnerships are effective upon approval by Refuge for Women and continue for 12-month terms, renewing automatically unless either party terminates the agreement in writing. Agreements may be terminated at any time by either party.
WHOLESALE PRICING: Wholesale pricing on available products is 30-50% off retail prices based on quantities with a minimum wholesale order. Products available for wholesale pricing may change. Please request the current wholesale product list and pricing.
ORDERING: Only registered Wholesale Partners may order at Wholesales pricing. Use the online application form to register for a Wholesale account. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation and ordering instructions.
ORDER PROCESSING: Wholesale orders are processed within 7-10 business days of being placed. Orders are often processed much sooner than 7 business days. For larger orders, please allow 2-4 weeks lead time.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are calculated based upon the dimensional weight or product weight of the shipment, whichever results in the lowest shipping cost, and are provided directly by the USPS, Fedex and UPS. Local pickup can be scheduled.
CLAIMS: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Claims must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of shipment.
PRODUCT SHELF-LIFE: Refuge for Women only guarantees products for six months from the date it was shipped. Refuge for Women cannot guarantee products that have been re-sold. Once a customer has purchased, the responsibility falls on the retailers to refund or replace.
